Wenn du eine Spalte zwischen deinen rechten und linken Bauchmuskeln bemerkst, bist du nicht allein. Man spricht hier von einer Rektusdiastase, einem Zustand, bei dem sich die Bauchmuskeln in der Schwangerschaft trennen, um Platz f\u00fcr dein wachsendes Baby zu machen. Es ist, als ob dein K\u00f6rper extra Raum schafft, was allerdings zu einer Spalte oder W\u00f6lbung f\u00fchren kann, die dich zweifeln l\u00e4sst, ob du dich jemals wieder \u201enormal\u201c f\u00fchlen wirst. Aber sei dir sicher, mit den richtigen \u00dcbungen und etwas Zeit kannst du daran arbeiten, diese Muskeln wieder etwas n\u00e4her zusammenzubringen. Es solle  ich darum gehen, den gleichen K\u00f6rper wie vor dem Baby zur\u00fcckzugewinnen; vielmehr geht es darum, sich in diesem neuen Kapitel deines Lebens stark und selbstbewusst zu f\u00fchlen. Und ich m\u00f6chte mit einem viel geh\u00f6rten Mythos aufr\u00e4umen: \u201evorsichtig zu sein\u201c und sich von bestimmten Bewegungen fernzuhalten. Dies ist heute nicht mehr der beste Ansatz. Mein Ziel ist es, Wissen zu vermitteln, \u00c4ngste abzubauen und dich zu bef\u00e4higen, deine Ziele selbstbewusst zu erreichen. Konzentrieren wir uns auf den Aufbau einer starken K\u00f6rpermitte, damit du dich gut f\u00fchlen kannst, w\u00e4hrend du damit besch\u00e4ftigt bist, eine gro\u00dfartige Mama zu sein.\u00a0\nSchau dir unbedingt meinen Pilates-Bereich an in dem du gezielte \u00dcbungen findest, die diesen Weg unterst\u00fctzen.
